I honestly recommend that all couples get at least 1 small gluten free cake, if this is all they plan to serve for dessert at their reception. Your gluten free family and friends will be deeply grateful and excited about it! If you go this route, also remember to bring a 2nd knife to cut the cake without cross contaminating!

I also love the vegan bakery, City Cakes in Salt Lake. They always have 8 inch round cakes available, and do customs upon request.
